Payment options

There are enough barriers to receiving high quality health care. Affordability means better access to care. This is why I offer both out of pocket and insurance covered care so you can choose what is best for you.

If you wish to utilize insurance I am an in network provider for BCBS of NC, UHC, AETNA, CIGNA and Optum insurances. If you are out of network you will be provided with a superbill at your request which you can submit to your insurance for reinbursement.
