Learn More About Me

 I graduated from University of Central Florida with a Bachelors of Science in Psychology and from Florida Atlantic University with a Master of Social Work. I provide psychotherapy for individuals in all stages of life throughout North Carolina.  I am a provider for the North Carolina Child Treatment Program for Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, an evidence based intervention for children and adolescents who have experienced trauma.

I utilize various evidence based modalities to help individuals stock up on skills and strategies to relieve distress so the healing process can take place. I strive to cultivate a client- centered culture of compassion, security, and understanding. This is why I founded Carolina Professional Counseling Solutions, PLLC.

​When I am not helping others I enjoy spending time with my family and cultivating my other passions.  I am an animal enthusiast and at the moment have two cats and a dog.  Prior to becoming a therapist I was a professional equestrian so am particularly fond of horses.
